Outreach and Educational Funding
We need funding for marketing and outreach to bring Drokpa to the widest possible audience. We are also fundraising to create two educational versions of the film, one for environmental study and one for cultural study. Please consider supporting us in these efforts – THANK YOU!
Partnership
With its cinematic and observational style, Drokpa is able to address many important issues in a very personal, intimate and non-polemic way. The evocative imagery and deeply personal stories offer a powerful way to connect to viewers emotionally. Those issues include climate change, desertification on the Tibetan plateau, cultural and ecological survival, land policies, freedom, spirituality, gender inequality, family, education, resettlement, etc. Please refer to the issue section on this website for details.
